30-Minute Mental Wellness Classes

  • Research shows that breathwork as well as the practice of mindfulness can help us manage stress and balance the nervous system. During this session, you’ll be guided through controlled breathing practices that can boost mental clarity and help you feel more calm and present.

  • In positive psychology, “flow” describes a mental state in which we are fully immersed in an activity with energized focus and enjoyment. In this session, you’ll be guided through breathing and visualization exercises to cultivate more flow and help you work towards your goals feeling more creative, productive, and positive.

  • Harness the benefits of mindfulness meditation to improve your mental and emotional health. This guided practice will help you lower stress, train your mind, and connect to your calm within no matter what’s happening in the world around you.

  • Research shows that mindfulness meditation can help us manage stress and think more clearly. During each session, you’ll learn a different a mindfulness technique that you can incorporate into your own daily routine. You’ll also be given a simple mindfulness “homework” exercise to practice between sessions.

Workshops

  • Learn how to use breathwork for better health and happiness in work and life.

    In this interactive workshop, we’ll cover why breathing is both a foundational skill and a powerful optimization tool. You’ll learn five simple breathing practices that you can easily integrate into your routine for health, sleep, stress, focus, and energy.

  • Learn simple, high-impact ways to optimize your life with nutrition, breathwork, and mindfulness.
